1. Who we are
This site is operated by an authorized affiliate partner promoting the DBBet platform, and is not the operator's own official corporate site. DBBet is owned and operated by Sport Tech N.V. ("the operator"), a company registered and established under the laws of Curaçao, registration number 163475, registered address 10, Schottegatweg Oost Unit 1-9, Bon Bini Business Center, Willemstad, Curaçao, and its wholly-owned subsidiary CLOUDFRONT LTD, registered in Cyprus, registration number HE 450393, registered address A.G. Leventi, 5, THE LEVENTIS GALLERY TOWER, 13th floor, Flat/Office 1301, 1097, Nicosia, Cyprus. Sport Tech N.V. is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board since 22 November 2024 under licence number OGL/2024/574/0913, and does not hold a licence from any Somali regulatory body, as none currently exists for this activity. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally permitted to gamble where you are, and not under any self-exclusion scheme.
- You may not be an employee of the operator or a close relative of one.
- We may ask you to verify your identity (KYC) before allowing withdrawals.
- You are responsible for confirming online gambling is legal where you live. DBBet does not claim to hold an official Somali licence.
3. Your account
- You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances withheld.
- You must provide accurate, truthful registration information.
- You're responsible for keeping your login details and mobile-money PIN private.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
- Deposits and withdrawals are made through our independent Mob-Cash agent — DBBet Somalia does not collect payment details directly on this site.
- Withdrawals are paid to an account verified in your name. We do not pay third parties.
- We may set minimum and maximum limits, and may delay payouts while completing identity or security checks.
- The currency used is US Dollars (USD), also shown in Somali Shilling (SOS).
5. Bonuses & promotions
Each bonus has its own rules, including wagering requirements, minimum odds and time limits. Bonus abuse may result in account closure.
6. Betting rules
Bets are accepted only once confirmed. We may void bets placed on an obvious error. Payouts follow official results.
7. Tax on winnings

8. Fair play & account closure
We may suspend or close accounts, void bets, and withhold funds where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, prohibited software use, or a breach of these terms.

10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile-money or third-party provider issues.
